“The righteous cry out, and the Lord hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.”Psalm 34:17
Throughout the Bible we see that the godly are not exempt from troubles; however, God is always near to us. He is ever watching and He will help us through. Isaiah always shared comfort in that God was walking through those trials with us. He hears our cries and He provides what is needed as we go THROUGH the trial.
“Do not fear, for I have redeemed you;
I have called you by your name; you are mine.
2 When you pass through the waters,
I will be with you,
and the rivers will not overwhelm you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be scorched,
and the flame will not burn you.
3 For I am the Lord your God,
the Holy One of Israel, and your Savior.
I have given Egypt as a ransom for you,
Cush and Seba in your place.
4 Because you are precious in my sight
and honored, and I love you,Isaiah 43:1-4

Or Check out Rick Lawrence’s Book
When you are suffering, it may feel that God is far away. In this book, Rick Lawrence will teach you to know God again and to see that He is on your side and He is working through your trials. Mr. Lawrence showed us the God who fights for His people all through history. From the beginning, He has loved us and has a plan for us.
He wants us to win!
I love seeing how the old testament is not passe but still alive and encouraging. Thank God! He has always been fighting for us and continues to do so.
P.S. I was given a pre-publish copy of the book by NetGalley in 2019, but I didn’t get a chance to review it. It’s available on Amazon.
